Ashbrook Estate Gold Label Riesling draws from a small block of vines planted in the mid-1980s. Margaret River's gentle maritime climate is perfect for this delicate variety.

The grapes are handpicked in the cool of the morning and immediately destemmed. Only the free run juice is collected off the press. It is cold settled and racked before being inoculated and fermented in stainless steel.

The wine is minimally fined prior to cold stabilization, filtration and bottling.

Bright straw green, Ashbrook Estate Gold Label Riesling is a crisp, dry wine with zesty citrus flavours and clean mineral acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
